Hey there,

My name is Ruthie and I am glad you are here. 

My primary goal for this blog is to do my part to increase awareness about domestic violence.

To do my best to instill hope in those that may either be in an abusive relationship or may have escaped but are still trying to recover from the devastating experience of domestic violence.

To restore value and belief that there is healing and freedom after domestic violence and to help victims to become empowered because with Knowledge Comes Power!

My goal is also to Empower you for change, growth and healing.  I will do my best to inspire you!  To dare you to believe in yourself, to reach deep inside to find the person that God intended you to be.  

I can do my best to empower you, to inspire you on a journey of change but you have to make that decision to do the work to make that change.  It will take work and it is a process, but it is so worth it. 

You will learn about me and my story and you will also learn about abuse.  You will also learn about changing your attitude, about gratitude, and about forgiveness.  All of these things will help you grow stronger, healthier, more positive and will lead you to freedom and joy in your life.  

So through my blog, I hope to empower you in every way that God impresses on my heart.
